Quit Smoking Class

Here's your chance to quit smoking..FOR FREE. On the second Tuesday and Thursday of every month you can attend a free, no obligation class that will provide you with tips to help you kick the habit. Each class will be from 4-5 pm and will be held at the offices of Highlands Residential Services. The class is sponsored by Highlands Residential Services and the UC Anti-Tobacco Coalition in conjunction with Quit 4 Life and Power of Putnam.
